Starting from September 5th MyFitness’ group training schedule is much broader, while more new classes will be still added!

Two of MyFitness own conceptual trainings are starting this fall: MyFit Body and MyFit Abs. The first one is a general physical workout with special sliders which efficiently trains the whole body. MyFit Abs workout takes 30 minutes and trains core muscles. Total Body HIIT class has been added to the schedule – this intensive training allows you to achieve a great shape while burning maximum calories.

We also continue with our clients’ favourites – MyFitness’ big hit Brazil Butt, also with Challenge Insanity and NTC (Nike Training Club) classes that are only available at MyFitness clubs.
