Passive style of yoga, which aims to make the body more flexible and thereby improve blood flow. It consists of lengthy poses (3-5 minutes) and complete relaxation, but will also affect the body meridians to activate the stalled energy of the body to restore energy balance. Slow abdominal breathing helps to create silence in the body and to experience the meditative side of yoga.
