Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means breathing in synch with the movement. The class is based on Ashtanga Yoga style. Moving from one position to another is smooth and flowing, without pausing. Training starts with short Pranayama and continues with Ashtanga Vinyasa sun greeting and Vinyasa Flow. Breathing synchronized with movement is calming and relaxes the mind, helping to release body’s inner energy.
