STRENGTH training focuses more on lower repetition rate and heavier weights – all together on how to get you more resistant in your everyday life. Get stronger and build lean muscle using resistance, bodyweight and partner drills. This is a moderate to high-intensity workout, that takes focused effort on lifting weights and staying moving at controlled pace. Class is most typically carried through in a circuit-style format.
