This is an original training concept by MyFitness trainers. It’s a full-body muscle workout. The program changes every 2 or 3 months and concentrates on a certain piece of training equipment.   The class starts with a warm-up and ends with a short stretching session. Main part consists of muscle training only, without step combinations. This workout is suitable for any fitness level and can be performed with any intensity and tempo. Your best shape awaits you!
