Bosu
training consists of simple combinations of steps, jumps and exercises that train the muscles of the body very effectively. The exercises are suitable for everyone, both for beginners as for advanced participants. Hemisphere-shaped Bosu ball is used as a training tool. Bosu ball helps to develop balance, improve both superficial and deep muscles’ strength, and you will also have lots of fun!
