This training cycle allows you to improve your physical ability and visual shape in a very short time. Training is a perfect way for beginners and advanced athletes to prepare for different public sports events or to improve their daily life quality.

* Trainings take place Sep. 19th – Nov. 4th, 3 times a week, Mon, Wed, Fri at 7:00 in MyFitness Mustamäe club (in case of a massive interest we will find morning times in MyFitness Postimaja, too) and Mon, Wed, Fri at 17:20 in MyFitness Postimaja club.

* Personal training fee for you 15 Euros ONLY

* Only four quickest participants will be included in the group

* Training in a small group provides better technical control!

* Training in the group motivates, personal trainer can advise you constantly.

* Easy way to broaden your selection of different exercises to use during independent workouts in the future.

* You will get information about nutrition that will help you to make good food choices.

* Physical ability test at the beginning and the end of the trainings, test results analysis.

* Vast knowledge of the workout necessity and methods.
