BAX
Bodyart Extreme workout combines high intensity full body exercises with a series of specific stretching exercises. The class focuses on the coordination and functional training, where the goal is to achieve an ideal balance of performance techniques and external efforts with inner peace and focus. BAX training consists of two parts – about 15 minutes of high pulse strength training followed by intense dynamic stretching series. Training is barefoot.
