On Monday, September 12, for the first time in Estonia, we will celebrate Gym Day. On this day, we encourage everyone to be active and work out in the gym of the sports club.

This Gym Day wants to make people move more and take care of their health, and as the name suggests, the workouts should be done in the gym of the sports club. Summer is over – it’s time to work out regularly again or start to train for the first time.


How to celebrate Gym Day?

  1. Come to the MyFitness gym of your choice.
  2. Invite a friend or a family member, because on this day the training pass is FREE for everyone!
  3. Share your experience on social media using the #GymDay hashtag.

This appeal and Gym Day is a MyFitness initiative and we have submitted an official request for Gym Day to be internationally recognized and celebrated around the world in the future.
