For 8 years Stacy James has been working in London as a personal trainer; he is a 2nd level gym trainer and 3rd level personal trainer (Premier Global). In addition, he is licensed trainer in boxercise, kettle bell, core, TRX, and Crossfit 1. Stacy believes that training versatility is one of the most important aspects of achieving a good form. Trainer knows that sport is important but healthy life style and eating right is even more important. Stacy has a versatile background – he trained and taught kung fu for 5 years, for 15 years he played football on top level and competed in gym competitions, (X-training), extreme and cross country running.
