Everyone who wants to learn to swim is welcome to the beginner’s courses. Trainings will take place once a week from October 27, 2023 (12 trainings in total): Anyone who wants to learn to swim is invited to take part in the beginner’s courses. Trainings take place once a week from October 27, 2023 (12 training sessions in total):

  •  FRIDAY at 18:40 – 19:40
  •  Trainer Lauri Pakkas.
  •  Conditions for participation in the course:

– no fear of water

– no breathing technique for swimming

– ability to perform simpler swimming movements in water

– ability to stay afloat

  •  PRICE for club member €149/guest €179 (includes entrance to the club)
  •  NB! To register, please pay the course fee at the MyFitness Rocca al Mare club reception. The number of spots in the training group is limited!

ATTENTION!

  •  When coming to training, please confirm your presence at the information kiosk and present the printed ticket to the trainer.
  •  There are no training sessions for swimming course during public and national holidays.
  •  If you do not show up for training, there will be no substitute training under the trainer’s guidance. You can visit the club independently instead of unused training.
  •  Group training is not suitable for people with aquaphobia (fear of water). To overcome your fear of water, contact the personal swimming trainers at our club.
