Youth, children’s and show dance trainings start!
The new training season is starting for youngsters, too! Now you can find even more cool workouts in the youth and children’s training schedule! In addition to the usual show dance and youth trainings, we added to the schedule boxing trainings as well as our beloved BOXBOX training.

The training schedule is more diverse than in previous years and we are sure that all young people will find a suitable workout and training time (see training schedule). Let’s inspire young people to move, because exercise is healthy! Reminder for a good workout:
- The training schedule can be seen here.
- We welcome young people to the club from 15 minutes before the start of the training session; we kindly ask young people to get dressed and leave the club within 15-20 minutes after the workout session.
- Please bring indoor training shoes and a drinking bottle to the workout. The use of a training towel is mandatory!
- During school holidays, workouts take place according to a special schedule. During the school holidays, we also offer young people exciting joint activities.
- There are no training sessions during public holidays.
- We provide FREE on-hold period for the summer months (June, July, August) only, but during the summer months we offer Youth workouts in a couple of clubs in Tallinn, where all young people can participate based on the valid agreement.
- In addition to Youth training, this package allows the child to visit the club with a parent (according to the parent’s current package). You are welcome to attend group workouts and/or a gym with your child. Children enter the club free of charge.
