Youth Boxing

Boxing training designed for 12–15-year-old boys and girls who want to learn punching techniques on a punching bag, practice blocking and dodging with a partner, and gain better control over their body balance. The training provides significant physical challenge, focusing on improving fitness through exercises like bodyweight training, push-ups, jumps, and punching the bag. Additionally, participants are introduced to other martial arts, such as Muay Thai and Kickboxing (K1 rules), and the fundamentals of boxing techniques.
