Pure Strength

In this area, you’ll find high-quality Technogym equipment that is extremely easy and convenient to use. Add weights using plates – this way, you can select the resistance level that suits you.

The equipment includes machines designed for both upper and lower body training. All Pure Strength equipment handles are specially designed for a secure and comfortable grip.

Free Weights Area

This area offers a selection of dumbbells of various weights, squat racks, Smith machines, barbells, universal benches, incline benches for bench presses, and pre-loaded barbells. In the free weights area, you can perform all basic exercises.

Cardio Area

This zone is designed for warming up before workouts or longer endurance training. Here, you’ll find treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, and, in select clubs, SkillMills and spin bikes.

Functional Zone

The indoor turf allows you to perform exercises using your body weight or selected free weights. You’ll also find kettlebells, dumbbells, mats, and fit balls. Additionally, the Functional Zone is an ideal place to stretch or use a foam roller after your workout.

Cross Training

A gym area where you can unleash your creativity and combine your favorite exercises into a personalized session.

You can work out using plyo boxes, turf, sleds, tires, barbells, plates, kettlebells, resistance bands, jump ropes, Assault bikes, medicine balls, and various other free weights.

To enhance your workout and ensure effective training, we highly recommend trying Cross Training classes led by experienced MyFitness trainers.

Booty Zone

A specially designed area for glute training, suitable for both men and women, featuring equipment focused on glute and lower body exercises.

The equipment available in the BootyZone allow you to create the best possible lower body workout. In this area, you’ll find hip thrust machines, deadlift machines, leg curl machines, and many other innovative devices specially designed for glute training.

Book a trial training session

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €5. Please bring your ID with you.
