Do you want to know your body’s biological age?
Do you know how much your muscles weigh and how fat and muscle are distributed across your arms, legs, and torso?
Body analysis provides all this information and much more – from basic data (weight, height, etc.) to specific indicators (muscle mass, body fat percentage, biological age, etc.).
The results are 99% accurate, and the recommended values are in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The test results will reveal:
- Your body’s biological age
- Body fat percentage and fat distribution in different body areas
- Your fat-free body mass
- Basal metabolic rate (BMR) and recommended daily caloric intake
- Recommendations for weight change
If your weight, body fat %, height, and muscle distribution are not in balance according to recommendations, Jawon provides a guideline for weight adjustment. The analysis includes recommended changes in daily caloric intake and suggested increase in energy expenditure through physical activity.
Recommendations before measurement:
- Perform the test approx. 3–4 hours after your last meal
- Avoid diuretic products (e.g. coffee, energy drinks) approx. 4 hours before testing
- Drink 2 glasses of water approx. 2 hours before testing
- Avoid workouts, sauna, or activities that cause heavy sweating at least 4 hours prior
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before testing
Booking a body analysis:
- Book your body analysis in the MyFit environment by selecting “Other Services” from the main menu.
- Before the analysis, pay for the service at the club reception or present a voucher to the front desk. Submit the ticket received from the staff to the trainer before the analysis.
- A 15-minute body analysis includes a consultation with a trainer.
- The analysis results are provided on paper and stored in your member self-service environment, making it easy to compare future results with past ones.*
*Body analysis results are stored in the self-service environment as long as the membership agreement is valid. When the agreement ends, the results are deleted.
