Personal one-on-one training with a coach to create and implement a workout plan tailored to your needs and goals. Receive professional guidance, motivation, and support to ensure proper technique and achieve maximum results.

A single session or a three-session personal training package is valid for 60 days, and a seven-session package is valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

Non-members of MyFitness will be charged an additional entrance fee of €6.50 for each personal training session.

Come to a personal training session with a friend to spend time together in a healthy way! Personal training with a friend is more affordable than individual personal training. It also provides a great opportunity to continuously motivate each other toward better results. The trainer will focus on both of your individual goals during the session.

A workout plan is a customized exercise program tailored to your needs and goals, created by a professional trainer. It helps you train effectively, achieve results, and avoid injuries. The plan includes instructions for exercises, repetitions, intensity, and recovery. Suitable for both beginners and advanced individuals.

During the training and nutrition consultation, you will receive valuable information about healthy eating and effective workouts. The personal trainer will provide a detailed overview of your current diet and offer useful tips on improving overall health, achieving your desired physical shape, and, if necessary, losing weight.
