Toddler Gymnastics
Toddler gymnastics is designed for toddlers aged 1–2 years who have started walking, along with their parents. The goal is to support age-appropriate physical and motor skill development. Each month, we learn new things based on the children’s readiness. Most children attend barefoot.
What do we do in the training? We explore basic motor activities under various conditions—movement (walking, running, jumping, climbing, etc.), various physical actions (raising and lowering arms and legs, bending, twisting, turning, etc.), and hand dexterity exercises using different tools (throwing, catching, rolling/bouncing balls, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Balance exercises are also included. Parents are actively involved in all activities. Every class ends with a specific circle game or ritual.
Training gear: sporty clothes, water bottle.
