Baby Fitness 3–6 Months

For non-crawling babies. Through massage techniques and exercises, babies learn to roll, move around, crawl, and kneel. Mothers learn ergonomic techniques, different baby-carrying methods, baby massage techniques, and exercises for deep muscles and the whole body, performed with the baby standing, on a mat, or on a ball.

Training gear: For babies: Long-sleeved bodysuit, pants, socks, spare diapers, a blanket, and a favorite toy. For mothers: Sporty clothes, sneakers, training towel, water, and, if available, a baby wrap or carrier (used in Rocca al Mare club).
