Baby and Toddler Swimming

We welcome babies with their mother or father from the age of three months. The earlier they start swimming and learn the basics, the faster they get used to water, making future swimming experiences easier anywhere. When your baby is two months old, we recommend gradually lowering the bathwater temperature to 32°C before attending.

Swimming lessons are divided into three groups according to ages;

What do we do in the class?
Each session has a clear goal and sequence of activities, with the trainer adjusting individually as needed. We begin by familiarizing with the pool and water, then learn to move through play – on the side, stomach, and back – splashing with hands and feet. We practice diving and use various aids. Gradually, we move from simple to more complex activities.
