USAGE
- Entering into a solarium package (hereinafter referred to as “service”) gives you the right to use the solarium cabins (hereinafter referred to as “equipment”) under the terms set out in the terms of use.
- The equipment may be used a maximum of 2 times a week.
- There must be at least 48 hours between uses of the equipment.
- The maximum duration of use of the equipment is 10 minutes.
- If you have to interrupt the session for any reason, it is not possible to reactivate the equipment on the same day.
- You cannot reserve a session in advance; use of the equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The right to use the equipment is personal and cannot be shared with third parties.
- The use of the equipment is at your own risk.
FEES
- The Club has the right to unilaterally change the fee at any time by publishing a corresponding notice on the Club’s website and/or in the Price List.
- If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to terminate the Addendum within one month of the publication of the change.
- Payment of the fee shall be made under the conditions set out in the Membership Agreement, similarly to other fees arising from the Membership Agreement.
- Payment of the fee is mandatory regardless of whether you actually use the equipment or not.
VALIDITY
- This service (including the right to use the equipment) enters into force upon the first payment.
- By making the first payment, you agree to the terms of the solarium package service.
- The service is valid indefinitely until the Membership Agreement expires, i.e. the right to use the service also expires when the Membership Agreement expires.
- The service may also be terminated separately from the Membership Agreement.
- It is possible to withdraw from the service at the end of the current month through MyFitness self-service in “My Data and Contracts” or by contacting the home club’s customer service.
- It is not possible to take a training break or otherwise suspend the validity of the service separately from the Membership Agreement.
OTHER PROVISIONS
- In matters not covered by the service terms, the terms of the Membership Agreement apply.
