YOUNG & STRONG! GYM WORKSHOP FOR YOUNGSTERS!

Hey, 14–16-year-olds! We are looking forward to welcoming you in the gym workshop training program, where under the guidance of personal trainers you will get stronger and learn useful tips for working out in the gym.

The two-day workshop will take place in the gym and will give you a complete overview of how to:

  • Eat consciously and healthy
  • Train effectively in the gym
  • Perform exercises correctly
  • Work out in the gym on your own in the future
  • Get ​​stronger

We will raffle off 7 x Nike Metcon sneakers among all participants. In addition, ALL participants will receive a Nike 30% discount coupon for purchasing training shoes and FREE entry to three photography exhibitions at Fotografiska from February 24 to March 2.


Workout information: Workshops take place over two days.

  • Friday, February 28, 10:30–13:00
  • Saturday, March 1, 10:30–14:00
