USAGE
- By subscribing to the Red Light Therapy service (hereinafter referred to as the “service”), you are entitled to use the Red Light Therapy device (hereinafter referred to as the “device”) under the terms and conditions set out in the terms of use.
- There must be at least 24 hours between uses of the device.
- Sessions of 10 and 20 minutes are available.
- After each use, the user of the service is obliged to clean the device after themselves.
- If you need to terminate your session for any reason, you will not be able to reactivate your device on the same day.
- The right to use the device is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Use of the device is at your own risk.
- The device may only be used by one person at a time.
- Use of this device by children under 7 years of age is prohibited. Children aged 8 to 17 years may use the device only with parental permission.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Use of the device is not recommended in the following cases:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Diagnosed skin cancer
- Severe sunburn
- Acute thrombosis
- Use of drugs that cause photosensitivity (e.g. certain antibiotics, antidepressants, retinoids).
In case of chronic illnesses, active treatment plan, or any other health concerns, we recommend consulting your physician before using the service. This is not a medical device and is not a treatment method. Results are individual and may vary among users.
FEES
- The club has the right to unilaterally change the price of the service at any time by publishing a corresponding notice on the club’s website and/or in the club’s price list.
- The service can only be used after prepayment.
VALIDITY
- The provision of the service (including the right to use the device) comes into effect upon the initial payment.
- By making your initial payment, you agree to Red Light Therapy’s terms and conditions.
OTHER PROVISIONS
- In matters not covered by the Terms of Service, the terms of the Membership Agreement shall apply.
