What is Booty Studio?

A workout focused on the lower body and glute muscles, combining cardio training on the StairMaster (or other step machines) with strength training exercises targeting the lower body.

Workout Description

A 50-minute combination of cardio and strength training where stepping on the Stairmaster alternates with strength exercises targeting the lower body, while also engaging the entire body. Burn a lot of calories on the Stairmaster and then train your legs, core, and upper body

Good to Know

Be sure to bring a water bottle and a workout towel. Arrive 5 minutes early to get acquainted with the class and the trainer. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the workout.

Book a trial training session

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €5. When coming to the workout, bring an identity document with you.
