Often, it is after a break that the question arises: why start again at all? The answer is that regular training affects not only our body shape and appearance, but above all our long-term health, the number of healthy years of life and general well-being.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h4><strong>Exercise as an investment in long-term health<\/strong><\/h4><\/h2>\n\n<p>Exercise affects not only the body, but also the mind. Movement reduces stress hormones like cortisol and releases endorphins, the feel-good hormones that improve our mood and give us energy. Physical activity strengthens muscles, improves oxygen uptake, and increases the body\u2019s efficiency in performing everyday tasks.
