It includes six rallies and many other activities. If I <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\">can<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\"> do my best and get selected at the end of the year, this \u201cscholarship\u201d could last until 2026. This was the reason for looking for a personal trainer. <strong>If I managed to get such an opportunity, I did not want to leave anything to chance and planned to do everything as professionally as possible.<\/strong> I was reading profiles of different personal trainers on the internet and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kasparnisu.ee\/treener\/\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\">Kaspar<\/span><\/a><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\"> caught my attention because he highlighted <strong>his passion for combining endurance <\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\">sports <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW169856116 BCX0\"><strong>and strength training<\/strong>. Although there was some concern that this service might be too expensive. Fortunately, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW100450102 BCX0\">my fears were baseless<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW100450102 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"TextRun SCXW16548020 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW16548020 BCX0\">Name three circumstances\/thoughts that personal training gave you.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"TextRun SCXW130408041 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW130408041 BCX0\"><strong>Structure and logic of training.<\/strong> Before, I also forced myself to move, but all the activity was unsystematic and there was no logic in it. Knowing what you need to do will make you feel better and more confident.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW224340803 BCX0\"><strong>Purpose and motivation.<\/strong> When I used to train, the only goal was to keep myself in shape to some extent and maybe get some pleasure from it. Personal training is suitable for beginners and amateur athletes, as well as for professional athletes. It&#8217;s just that these groups have very different goals and training.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I believe that since there are people who know how to do their job, there is no point in reinventing the wheel yourself.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"TextRun SCXW239682737 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239682737 BCX0\">Kaspar<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239682737 BCX0\">, how did your client get to train with you? Since the combination of different sports and strength training is my passion, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\">Romet<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\"> did not have <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\">to wait long for my answer.<strong> The very next day we met in a cafe to discuss how we could get the most out of our collaboration.<\/strong> I prepared <strong>a <\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\">schedule<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\"> of training cycles for <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\">Romet<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW170845808 BCX0\"><strong>, taking into account the rally calendar<\/strong>, and we set <strong>specific goals for each cycle<\/strong>. From now on, we meet regularly in training. It goes something like this: <strong>&#8220;Be gentle with me!&#8221;<\/strong> or <strong>&#8220;Please don&#8217;t kill me!&#8221;<\/strong> For some reason, people have the notion that a good workout has to be hard and painful, and this causes some anxiety even in personal training.
