So think carefully \u2013 are you ready to feel stronger, better, and more confident by the end of the program?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it\u2019s important to you that after each workout you feel a pleasant buzz in your body and get a break from everyday worries for an hour \u2013 then this training is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll notice positive changes in both your mood and physical abilities after just a few sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll laugh, sweat, and grow stronger \u2013 both mentally and physically. My genuine belief in your potential will give you extra motivation and inner strength. What seems impossible today could be your reality tomorrow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program includes <strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1676\">3 body analyses<\/strong> \u2013 at the first session, halfway through, and at the end. This ensures a clear overview of your progress and helps maintain focus on your personal goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t need any gym or workout experience to join. The program suits beginners, intermediates, and advanced levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1968\">main goal<\/strong> is to help participants build a sustainable workout routine so they can continue confidently even after the program ends. There&#8217;s also an option to continue in the advanced group later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the program, we work toward becoming better versions of ourselves \u2013 for today, tomorrow, and life ahead.<br data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2270\">We\u2019ll build strength and endurance, learn correct techniques, train using machines, free weights, and bodyweight, improve posture, boost confidence, and support each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2481\">The program supports weight loss!<\/strong> All participants will receive healthy eating guidelines if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Only 4 spots available per group!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To join, write to: <strong data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2637\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2612\" data-end=\"2635\">rein.kahro@myfitness.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2646\">NB!<\/strong> Missed sessions are not compensated, but a personal workout plan will be provided.
