Throughout the program, we\u2019ll both laugh and push our limits \u2013 strengthening both body and mind.<\/p>\n\n<p>My sincere belief in your abilities will help boost your motivation and help you find extra strength to reach your goals. What seems impossible today will be your reality tomorrow!<\/p>\n\n<p>The program includes <strong data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1854\">3 body analyses<\/strong> \u2013 during the first session, mid-program, and final session \u2013 to ensure continuous tracking of your progress and help keep the focus on each participant&#8217;s personal goals.<\/p>\n\n<p>No prior gym or workout experience is required to join. The program is suitable for beginners, those continuing their journey, and advanced participants alike.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main goal of the group is to help establish a solid workout routine so you can continue just as consistently after the program ends. If desired, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to continue in an advanced group.<\/p>\n\n<p>Throughout the program, we\u2019ll build a better version of ourselves \u2013 for today, tomorrow, and the rest of our lives. We\u2019ll become stronger and more resilient through fun and effective workouts, learn proper exercise technique, train in the gym using machines, free weights, and bodyweight, improve posture, boost self-esteem, and support each other along the way.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2800\">The program supports weight loss!<\/strong><br data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2803\"\/>All participants can receive healthy eating guidelines if they wish.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2800\">The program supports weight loss!<\/strong><br data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2803\"\/>All participants can receive healthy eating guidelines if they wish.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2970\">NB!<\/strong> Missed sessions are not compensated. However, the trainer will provide a personal training plan to follow independently. In exceptional cases and only by agreement with the trainer, it\u2019s possible to make up the missed session with another group (led by the same trainer) within 7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3281\">Total program cost:<\/strong> \u20ac350, paid in two parts (\u20ac175 x 2) and includes 14 workouts.
