On October 24, you can also take part in two workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At 18:00 at the MyFitness Viru club in Tallinn, trainer Maarja J\u00f5gi will talk about yoga exercises and conscious breathing in home practice and everyday life.<\/li>\n<li>At 18:00 at the MyFitness Kesklinna club in Tartu, trainer Maarja-Liis Loo will talk about how yoga and conscious breathing support mental health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All Mental Health Tuesday special trainings and workshops for non-members at a special price of 5 Euros.<\/strong> Free for MyFitness members.
