This is a great opportunity to get away from everyday hustle and bustle and focus on improving your physical fitness and mental well-being.<\/p>\n<p>In our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\/tunniplaan\/ruhmatreeningud\/\">class schedule<\/a> this week you will find many special workouts that will challenge your body and mind and help you achieve complete balance. Classes have different levels of difficulty, so both experienced enthusiasts and those who are new to the <em>body&amp;mind<\/em> style will find a full-fledged workout.<\/p>\n<p>During the week, the clubs will also host a presentation of the new LesMills BodyBalance program.
