{"id":10986,"date":"2025-03-06T11:01:39","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T09:01:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\/dokumendid\/solarium-package-service-terms\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T14:31:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T12:31:35","slug":"solarium-package-service-terms","status":"publish","type":"nd_document","link":"https:\/\/www.myfitness.ee\/en\/documents\/solarium-package-service-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Solarium package service terms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>USAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entering into a solarium package (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;service&#8221;) gives you the right to use the solarium cabins (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;equipment&#8221;) under the terms set out in the terms of use. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The equipment may be used a maximum of <strong>2 times a week<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There must be at least <strong>48 hours<\/strong> between uses of the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum duration of use of the equipment is <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have to interrupt the session for any reason, it is not possible to reactivate the equipment on the same day. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot reserve a session in advance; use of the equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to use the equipment is <strong>personal<\/strong> and cannot be shared with third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of the equipment is <strong>at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>FEES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Club has the right to unilaterally change the <strong>fee<\/strong> at any time by publishing a corresponding notice on the Club&#8217;s website and\/or in the Price List.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to terminate the Addendum within one month of the publication of the change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of the fee shall be made under the conditions set out in the <strong>Membership Agreement<\/strong>, similarly to other fees arising from the Membership Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of the fee is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> regardless of whether you actually use the equipment or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>VALIDITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This service (including the right to use the equipment) enters into force <strong>upon the first payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By making the first payment, you agree to the terms of the solarium package service. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service is valid <strong>indefinitely<\/strong> until the Membership Agreement expires, i.e. the right to use the service also expires when the Membership Agreement expires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service may also be terminated <strong>separately from the Membership Agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is possible to withdraw from the service at the end of the current month through MyFitness self-service in &#8220;My Data and Contracts&#8221; or by contacting the home club&#8217;s customer service. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not possible to take a <strong>training break<\/strong> or otherwise suspend the validity of the service separately from the Membership Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>OTHER PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In matters not covered by the service terms, the <strong>terms of the Membership Agreement<\/strong> apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-10986","nd_document","type-nd_document","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
