We offer CrossTraining and WOW (workout of the week) classes. Training programs allow you to measure your results and progress and to get closer to your ideal form with every workout. MyFitness’ competent and experienced personal trainers are supervising the training.

Firm and robust floor and great equipment (medicine balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, plates and sandbags) in CrossTraining area allow performing hundreds of effective and multifunctional exercises. We also created the possibilities for sled pushing and tire lifting!
