Muay Thai is a universal martial art, which has a long history and originates from Thailand. This very popular martial art is suitable for both men and women, who want to learn to punch the boxing bag, to practice the offence and defense moves with the partner, and to get better control over body’s balance. Thai boxing workouts contains punches, kicks and strikes with hands, feet, knees and elbows. The defense and clintsh techniques are also studied. In addition to focusing on Thai boxing technique, training also improves the physical shape by bodyweight exercises, pushups, and jumps and hitting the boxing bag, which is good and intensive physical training.
We also teach other different styles of martial arts, kickboxing K1 rules, and classic boxing techniques. All the trainers have been taught by the best in their field and have wide and long experience in martial arts. Everybody is welcome.
