Lower-intensity class focused on improving your flexibility and stability, designed to help you move and perform better and recover faster in order to succeed in both training and everyday life. We will use different techniques from bodyweight and weighted training, elastic bands, foam rolling, static and dynamic stretching and reactive drills, all to help you improve how you move in training and sport. In order to improve your physical fitness, your body needs to be able to move well through the drills – many great strength exercises require pain free movements so this is what we’ll be aiming for with MOBILITY classes.
