Classes focus more on full body conditioning, include more running drills, jumping, reaction and multi-directional movements. Keep your heart rate up and stay moving to improve your ability to work out at a higher intensity level and do it longer. This is more of a HIT-style (high intensity training), or depending on the goal of the workout, classical interval type training. The workout will give you a variety of sport-inspired and partner drills that alternate with work and rest parts. Each athlete* chooses their own pace, exercise modifications will be provided by your coach. If this is your first ENDURANCE class, please let your coach know about that prior to the workout
