One of LesMills conceptual trainings, this is 55-minute full-body workout for the whole muscular system. The training starts with a simple warm-up followed by raising the heart rate. Second half of the class works on upper and lower body and abdominal and back muscles. The session ends with restoring stretching. Elastic tube is used as a tool, which provides an opportunity to make the exercises more efficient. The movements are simple but effective. Exercise improves muscle strength and endurance, improves posture and burns calories efficiently.
