This seminar is carefully put together for you, interested in changing your body composition, but having a hard time finding which information is trustworthy or not.

Personal trainer Bryan Romano Farani has put together 4 lectures and 4 training sessions, with the 4 lectures being:

  • Anatomy
  • Physiology
  • Biomechanics
  • Periodization/Training Methods 

All of it made simple to understand and apply in your own trainings, and the training sessions consist of trying out some of those methods in the practice. But don’t be fooled: we will train HARD!!
