Kristjan has 15 years of training experience. He studied Recreation Management at Tallinn University together with different disciplines concerning human development. Kristjan has trained and consulted both beginners and top-athletes. His philosophy combines scientific method with person’s individuality, because you cannot separate them in reality. Knowing that no goal is permanent, he helps you to make an active process as enjoyable and successful as possible.
