Sports and a healthy lifestyle have been Kaia’s constant companions since the age of 6, when she started swimming. She continued to do so professionally for the next 11 years. After that, her life took a very natural path and she obtained a Master’s degree in sports nutrition counselling from Oxford Brookes University. In addition, she has completed an international course for private trainers.
She started training in the gym when she was just 16 years old, and still does so today. She likes to spice up her active lifestyle with HIIT, Crossfit, running and extreme sports. Kaia considers versatility to be very important in both training and nutrition. In her opinion, training and a healthy diet must be effective, but at the same time enjoyable.
As a personal trainer, Kaia considers it important to ensure that a person’s well-being and self-confidence grow both mentally and physically with each workout. To achieve this, she is committed to personalising workouts based on the desired goals and does her best to make the journey towards those goals as fun as possible.
Kaia believes that a healthy lifestyle should not be a seasonal goal, but a lifelong one. Personal workouts are the right place to start for each person to be able to find the best way to establish such a lifestyle for themselves.
Everyone who wants to improve themselves in terms of training or nutrition (whether for the purpose of weight loss, improving physical fitness, refining training techniques or overall improvement in quality of life) is welcome to participate in her workouts.
