As a child, Elliko already led an active and healthy life, so the fact that she still plays sports is just the natural order of things. In 2006, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Tartu, it was group training that gave her the inspiration to complete an Estonian Gymnastics Federation course, which led her to becoming a trainer. Elliko leads her workouts with great enthusiasm and is always thirsty for new knowledge and ways of improving herself.
Since 2017, she has completed various courses at the Estonian Massage and Therapy School, because she feels that in addition to training your muscles, it is also important to relax and take breaks. Massage is a good way of stimulating both mind and body, because they are interconnected. When a person is in good physical shape, this has an effect on their mind, and vice versa: when a person is balanced mentally, their body also functions better. You are the most important thing. And when you feel good, you are also healthier, your body functions smoothly, you are satisfied with yourself and the world seems more perfect.
