Diana Mogiš
Diana is active, athletic and determined, and has played a variety of sports throughout her life. For the past seven years she has been captivated by Muay Thai and working out in the gym. Her motto is “A healthy mind in a healthy body”. She is constantly improving herself and considers this absolutely necessary. Diana has been working as a trainer since 2013. She has completed the ‘Preparing a gym workout plan’ course, and she is also obtaining a group trainer’s licence by participating in the ‘Bodybuilding, fitness, gym and personal trainer course’ conducted by the Estonian Association of Bodybuilding and Fitness. In her workouts, she uses both bodyweight and gym equipment exercises based on the client’s goals. The thing she likes most about being a trainer is seeing the satisfaction in clients when they achieve more than they thought they would be able to. All of this has to be done mindfully, which is why Diana recommends personal workouts and consultations. Train the right way!
