Britta Alep
Britta has been an avid sports fan her entire life. She trains others and loves to work out herself. Right now she enjoys cycling, running, badminton and strength training on a daily basis. She thinks the most important thing is to train in a safe and versatile way while focusing on the person and their goals. The body is a whole and we need to take this into account when working out. It is equally important to consider your mental health and strike a balance when training. She wants to help people understand what works and what doesn’t. Britta has completed the FAF (Fitness Academy of Finland) personal trainer course. One of her most exciting challenges is to work with athletes, while another is promoting positive and active lifestyles on a daily basis.
