Terms and conditions of „MyTeam Challenge vol.2“ campaign
„MyTeam Challenge vol.2“ campaign (also MyTC) is a team challenge that takes place during the period 7.05.2018 – 29.07.2018 and is organised by MyFitness AS sports clubs in Estonia (also Campaign organiser).
- Registration for MyTC
1.1. Only existing MyFitness members can participate in MyTC (children and junior packages excluded). My Fitness AS employees cannot participate in the campaign.
1.2. Registration starts 04.05.2018 on campaign’s website https://www.myfitness.ee/en/event/myteam-challenge2/
1.3. To register for MyTC challenge:
– form a team of four,
– pick a name for the team,
– pick a captain of the team,
– captain registers the team and team members’ data: first name and surname, personal code.
1.4. Every member registered by captain will receive confirmation via e-mail. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address registered in MyFitness database.
1.5. Registered team member needs to confirm his/her participation in the self service environment. If the team member has received several invitations he/she must choose the team he/she wants to join.
1.6. Every member of MyFitness can join only one team; the team and its members cannot be changed during the period of the challenge.
1.7. Team members’ names and confirmations are available to all members of the team.
1.8. Captain can change the team members who did not confirm or have declined their participation.
1.9. The possibility to create a new team is only offered to MyFitness members who still have not joined any team.
1.10. Team member registered for participation must choose the type of the challenge:
A) Group Challenge (GrC) – scores points for all group trainings (excluding gym visits);
B) Gym Challenge (GyC) – scores points for all gym visits (excluding all group trainings without a special marking).
1.11 Challenge scores do not include such exceptions as e.g. swimming course, body composition analysis, personal trainings etc.
- Participating in MyTC campaign, aka challenge
2.1. Each team registered in MyTC campaign must complete 12 trainings per week in total, including at least four special MyTeam Challenge training. Special MyTeam Challenge trainings are separately marked in the schedule with a letter M.
2.2. MyTC weekly scores are kept from Monday to Sunday.
2.3. If the team completes more than 12 trainings per week, extra trainings cannot be transferred to the next week’s score.
2.4. Members of the team can follow their team’s progress in MyFitness self service environment – how many trainings are left to weekly goal, how many points team got from MyMadness event series. The public ranking table is published on MyTC website and shows all teams’ names and scores from trainings and MyMadness events. Ranking table is updated daily at 10 a.m.
- MyTC scorekeeping
3.1 MyTC scorekeeping will start 07.05.2018 after all team members confirm their participation.
3.2 MyTC score includes:
– completed trainingsd in accordance with the type of the challenge chosen (Group or Gym Challenge) – 1 point for each completed training class.
– MyFitness’ events:
- 12.05 MyFitness Viimsi Run (10 points /1 participant – e.g. 40 points for the team if all four members participate).
- 09.06 MyFitness Madness Race: Pirita (10 points /1 participant – e.g. 40 points for the team if all four members participate).
- 28.07 MyFitness Madness Race: Keila (10 points /1 participant – e.g. 40 points for the team if all four members participate).
3.3. It is not necessary for the whole team to participate in each of MyFitness Madness Race event. Points for events are awarded individually but will be added to MyTeam Challenge vol.2 team score.
- MyTC prizes
4.1 10 SURPRISE PRIZES from MyFitness will be drawn among all the teams registered on May 4th. Surprise prizes will be drawn during 3 business days and winners’ names will be published on MyTC website.
4.2 MAIN PRIZE, which is a set of gym clothes for the whole team from Sportland with a retail price of 2500€ , will be drawn among five teams with the highest scores. As consolation, four teams will receive a full month of free trainings based on MyFitness+ full package. To participate in a main prize raffle, the team must complete MyTC challenge, and all team’s members must participate in at least one of MyFitness events.
4.3 ADDITIONAL PRIZES will be drawn
- Among teams placed 6th–25th (7 MyFitness personal group trainings for the team)
- Among teams placed 26th –50th (500 € Nike store credit for the team)
- To participate in additional prize raffle, the team must complete MyTC challenge, and all team’s members must participate in at least one event of MyFitness.
4.4 SURPRISE PRIZES will be drawn monthly. Campaign organiser informs of the prizes on campaign’s website.
4.4.1 Game periods are:
- May 7th – June 3rd: „Start!“
- June 4th – July 1st: „Half way there!“
- July 2nd – July 29th: „Final push!“
4.5 Campaign main prize and additional prizes will be drawn during ten business days after the end of the campaign.
4.6 Names of the winners will be published on MyTC website and its Facebook page. Winners will be contacted personally during 7 business days after the draw.
4.7 Won prizes cannot be exchanged for the different type prizes or paid out in cash by the request of the winner. Winner’s or his representative’s possible travel costs etc. related to receiving the prize will not be compensated.
4.8 Participants can receive their prizes at their home clubs. Members with MyFitness+ packages can receive their prizes at MyFitness club of their choice.
4.9 Prizes are issued until 31.08.2018.
4.10 Accepting the prize by winner is considered as granting an authorization to use winner’s name in the media, advertising, PR campaigns and other events without paying an additional fee to the winner and without signing corresponding agreement.
4.11 The Organiser has unilateral right to cancel the campaign and to stop the issue of prizes in cases when the rules are violated, or force majeure circumstances, immediately notifying the campaign participants via website and social media.
4.12 All complaints in relation to the organization and/or the conduct must be submitted in writing until 31.08.2018 by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the tag “MyTC”. Complaint must contain requester’s first and last name and a description of possible dissatisfaction. Campaign organizer shall review the complaints within 5 working days from the date of receiving the complaint and notify the requester’s of its decision in writing to the address specified in the complaint.
