Run X tunniga on võimalus rohkem energiat kulutada. Treening koosneb 3 plokist: 8min, 6min ja 5min. Jooksud vahelduvad kõndimisega. SkillMillil on hea samme koguda ning energiat kulutada, põrandal aga hea kogu keha treenida. Treening sobib kõigile! Treeningus on kohustuslik treeningrätik!
