MyFitness best practises

  • At the reception please take a towel, it will be useful after your workout.
  • Always change your shoes for training in our facilities.
  • For group trainings please take a ticket from the reception and give it to your trainer. This ticket is your confirmation to the class.
  • Because of hygiene and safety measures please wear only gym shoes to the gym.
  • Use gym machines the appropriate way and ask for advice when necessary.
  • Wipe the cardiomachine after you work out.
  • Place the used dumbbells, mats etc where they belong
  • Please switch your mobile phone off while training
  • When it is not possible to show up for a class, please cancel your booking.
  • Because of safety do not bring children under 12 years.
  • Try not to be late. It interferes with other members and deficient warm-up can be injuring.
