In our group trainings you will find everything from classic aerobics to spinning and small group gym workouts. It is not even important where exactly the training takes place, but the motivation coming from teamwork and professional trainers.

From our wide choice of group trainings everyone will find their own – whether you are a beginner or more advanced fitness fanatic.
To make it all easier for you we have divided our group trainings into three categories:
Cardio, Strength, Body & Mind. Of course you can always ask the trainers to instruct you and help you to find a right workout style.

Cardio - focuses on increasing durability and cardiovascular endurance.
Strength -  improves muscular strength and tones the whole body.
Body&Mind - helps develop focus, balance and flexibility.
Other trainings -  into this group belong Express trainings, outdoor training, guest trainings and other trainings.
