Why train? Most of us are not active enough to to feel energized and great in one´s body. That is why it is important to work out at least half an hour daily. If you want to feel motivated not bored, then you need to find out what kind of exercise suits you most, and when is a good time to do it.
What kind of workout you need? If workout gives you a nice healthy glow and jump-starts your whole system, then morning exercise is for your type exactly. But when you wish to free yourself from day´s worries, then we suggest you to exercise after work (and before going home to your loved ones!). Leaving gym leaves you balanced and cheerful, ready for anything.
What is the most important? For achieving your purpose the most important thing besides eating and training as advised is your motivation to continue exercising! Two things are important for that: firstly positive emotions from seeing the results – what a great feeling, right! Secondly, please enjoy your days off as well – how delightful a free weekend can be! But enjoyable it is only when you have given your best last week! So, when you are already in the gym, take the maximum out of it and do your absolute best. Afterwards you can be proud of yourself , because you did not go the easy way, feel more healthy and enjoy your own company therefore more.
